The main requirement – vehicle needs to be clean. To make sure there is no tar particles that can cause bubbles during wrapping, vehicle needs to be washed using tar removal detergents. In addition to that, several other points need to be taken into account:
1. It is not recommended to wrap large parts immediately after painting – it happened before that during adjustment of the film, due to poor paint adhesion and wet coating, the paint, coating and everything underneath have come off with the film.
2. Do not try to cover untreated rust with wraps – we cannot guarantee that the film covering stains will stay longer than one month. Do not even think that the rusted part will corrode less under the film – humidity easily gets under the film, stains will grow and rot away like an abscess covered by the picture.
